To save the life of a severely malnourished child or help people in their struggle to feed themselves and their families, your support makes a difference.
£12 can save the life of a child suffering from severe malnutrition through 2 week's intensive treatment.
It costs £25 for 30 days' specific treatment for a child suffering from malnutrition (therapeutic milk + porridge)
£10 can save 3 children suffering from cholera through intensive re-hydration.
Action Against Hunger UK is part of the Action Against Hunger International network, one of the leading international organisations in the fight against
hunger and malnutrition.
Each year, Action Against Hunger's international network directly brings relief to around 5 million people in 40 countries worldwide. Its specialist field-workers share their skills with 4500 national staff to help the victims of hunger, giving them the means to prevent crises and assisting them to self-suffiiciency. In emergencies, it
provides emergency food aid, water and sanitation and helps to restore food
security.
